Anne-Marie, Previously, the computer at your end which hosted the LDM was: ftp.cmc.ec.gc.ca aka dns2.cmc.ec.gc.ca. Will that still be the host, or has it changed? I checked our ability to reach ftp.cmc.ec.gc.ca from shemp.unidata.ucar.edu which was the computer that used to feed the data, and found that the host is no longer reachable from our end. % ping dns2.cmc.ec.gc.ca ICMP 13 Unreachable from gateway 199.212.17.97 % ldmping dns2.cmc.ec.gc.ca Feb 13 17:53:13 State Elapsed Port Remote_Host rpc_stat Feb 13 17:53:23 SVC_UNAVAIL 9.995334 0 dns2.cmc.ec.gc.ca h_clnt_create(dns2.cmc.ec.gc.ca): Timed out while creating connection If you can let me know what your host will be, I can test from this end. If you are blocking port 388 from a firewall or tcp wrappers, then you may have to open it up to: 128.117.140.27 shemp.unidata.ucar.edu or 128.117.13.119 motherlode.ucar.edu Thanks, Steve Chiswell Unidata User Support >From: "Beaubien,Anne-Marie [CMC]" <address@hidden> >Organization: UCAR/Unidata >Keywords: 200202131658.g1DGwBx21051 >Hello, > Version 5.1.2 of LDM is installed at CMC, up and running.
