Hiya Robb, 

I would like to test feed Brazil from motherlode using the WMO feedtype
alias.

Would you be so kind as to place an 

ALLOW WMO brisa.meteoro.ufrj.br


I will be hopefully transitioning him to someplace in FLA but I am not
getting responses back in a timely manner and want him to be able to
"tune" his LDM with some data..
