20010806: LDM - stats mailing

Mike,

Your stats are being received. They don't appear on the stats page
because your upstream site (presumably UCLA- who is also reporting stats) 
hasn't had a disconnect/reconnection in the past 2 days. Without that, 
(eg, a good network connection exists with no troubles), the topo statistics 
from 
UCLA are aged out of their ldmd.log file and the topology page loses that bit 
of the topology.
