Christian,
You are correct, the grid #213  broadcast on NOAAPORT only has a subset
of parameters of the NGM and no PMSL.

You will find PMSL on the grid #202, eg:
HRS     ^[YZ](.)I(.)(..) KWBF

The 202 grid is the same domain as 213, though coarser.
