Working IDD-NIDS decompression script (take II)

All,

Apparently for whatever reason the email I sent out this
afternoon never made it out to the mailing lists, but
the folks I cc'd it to got it. Strange.. 

Anyways, I have made a web page with a link to the perl script
in it's current form, and info on how I have it set up. 

It works for me under RedHat 6.1, though Mike Dross at Duke Power is
having some problems with it, so perhaps there are some as yet unfixed
bugs.

the info, and feel free to hit me up with questions/problems.
