Finally back up here, 

I am slightly confused at to what machine at SSEC people will be failing
over to....

I have unidata.ssec.wisc.edu

but this does not sound familiar...

I have selected the sites to go to where, but I want to make sure I am
directing them to the right machine...

Also you are listed as the point of contact for

 atm.geo.nsf.gov


so I am sending the message to you as well.

SSEC machine = ?
