UPC is going to check into the local and external network performance. Details: The noaaport.unidata.ucar.edu ingestor crashed because of lack of disk space. I was a victim of the problem that a newly created LDM queue really doesn't allocate it's size completely. For instance, a 800 megabyte queue may only allocated 63 megabytes initially. As the queue usage increases, the actual disk allocation increases also. The LDM eventually ran out of disk space and it crashed. To see the real disk allocation, use the du command verses the ls command on ldm.pq. Russ is working on a fix for this problem, this is an old LDM problem.
