20000720: please update your ALLOWs for Western Michigan

Hi,

I am helping Western Michigan become active again.  Could you please
update the ALLOWs in your LDM's ldmd.conf file for them?

It is possible that you now have an existing ALLOW for:

s410.lab2.cc.wmich.edu

The new machine at W. Mich will be:

s418.lab2.cc.wmich.edu

It might be advisable to make your ALLOW for any machine from the
W. Mich lab2.cc.wmich.edu subnet.

The ALLOW for SUNY Albany should be for the NLDN data.
