Greg, Yes. Some software, like the grib decoders don't care since they key on the GRIB......7777 delimeters, however, other decoders, like dchrly get a complete bulletin to pass to the decoder. Without ETX, the bulletin is not found. The IDD products are checked for \r\r\n^C and it is created if the products do not have them as they come off the NOAAPORT feed.
