The problem was resolved around 2245Z. There was a local telco outage between the NCF and the Master Ground Station that took down all the T1 lines. The cause of the outage is still under investigation. Please contact the NCF if your site is still experiencing problems. The trouble ticket for this problem is 43986. Thanks for your patience.
