Example: >From today's 18Z sao file: 154 ^M^M SAUS41 KWBC 291800^M^M METAR^M^M <snip> KCAK 291751Z 19010KT 10SM SCT200 BKN250 11/M02 A3022=^M^M and later, in the same file: 440 ^M^M SAUS41 KCLE 291852^M^M MTRCAK^M^M METAR KCAK 291851Z 19010KT 10SM FEW150 SCT200 BKN250 12/M03 A3019 ^M^M RMK AO2 SLP229 T01221028^M^M ^M^M It appears that many of the METARs that come in their own individual bulletin are for hour H+1 but appear in file H+0. This doesn't seem right. Has anyone else noticed this, and is there some good explanation that is escaping me? This doesn't, BTW, occur for the DDS feed from FOS.
