LDM downstream node addition

Hi Mark,

I am hoping you have bandwidth for another downstream node. Donna Tucker
at Univ. of Kansas is not getting the data types she needs from Oregon or
Iowa State (primarily the FSL2 feed), and I was hoping that you could
place an allow command for her machine and allow her LDM to feed from
"stokes". Her route to you is very good so I hope we can make this work.

Donna, I cc'ed Alan Feltz as well, we still have him listed as the site
contact. Is this old info?
