Subject: LSU Power outage scheduled

Folks,

To accomodate major construction on a neighboring building we will
undergo a power outage for over 8 hours this coming Sunday (2/20/00)
morning. We lose power at 6:30am Central, so I will be shutting down
sometime in the hour prior to that. Sites feeding from
sirocco.srcc.lsu.edu should fail over to alternates beforehand.

Outage details:

        Node:           sirocco.srcc.lsu.edu
        Date:           Feb 20, 2000
        Time:           5:30am Central time
        Duration:       approx. 9 hours

Apologies for the inconvenience. We'll be back up as soon after power
is restored as possible.
