Chris,

Can you put in an allow statement in the ldmd.conf for Puerto Rico?  Their
main site connection has progressively has gone from bad to worst. We have
tried to get it fixed but with no luck.  PR has done traceroutes to 3
different possibles and FSU has the best connection with the least amount
of hops.
