I didn't realize that you weren't included on the response. You should be
all set now.  Add the following to ldmd.conf file, stop/start the ldm.

request UNIDATA|FSL2 ".*" waterspout.cst.cmich.edu

Subject: Upstream for UWO

No problem adding UWO as a downstream site.  I've completed the
necessary configuration changes for cyclone.blwtl.uwo.ca and have
restarted LDM as of 12 noon today.
