Subject: Data outage at NIU

We were down from 15:50Z-21Z Sunday due to a huge power surge that knocked
out the entire campus and surrounding businesses. After a quick
investigation, a fried squirrel under a transformer emphasized the point
that he didn't get his electrical engineering degree from NIU... ;-)
