We have a guy who maintains facility-wide e-mail and a web page, but he is still learning networking. Sprint installed a line to the NASA Science Internet, but that was it. The powers that be should have paid for a fully maintained network but they did not. Our guy who is learning the network stuff is working with me and I have had no network hardware training. I am showing him some things about Solaris so he can manage the firewall that was installed at our facility. we have a serious problem within the facility now, but our guy admits it is over his head. So I am basically on my own. Thanks, Robert Mullenax
