Connection to data2.atmos.uiuc.edu hosed (fwd)

I'm not sure where the problem is exactly, but I know it's not us or UIUC.
But there is a router between NIU and UIUC that is hosed and the
connection is in bytes/sec now. Ouch. We have switched to U-W Madisons'
feed which is the fastest right now.

If the problem persists tomorrow I'll call Netops and see what's up.
