Several sites had mentioned not being able to connect to their IDD feed from Wisconsin. Attatched is an explanation from Pete Pokrandt at Wisconsin Steve Chiswell -------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello all, The main ethernet switch leading into the University of Wisconsin Madison Dept of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences building has shorted out. Because of the timing of this (Dec 24) we will probably not be able to get it fixed until at least Monday Dec 28. Anyone feeding off of sunset.meteor.wisc.edu or profhorn.meteor.wisc.edu should switch over to their failover. This does NOT affect the ssec.wisc.edu network, or the Unidata MCIDAS feed. Sorry for the hassle. Pete Pokrandt please reply to address@hidden, as my address@hidden address is obviously down.
