[GEMPAK #KWB-338769]: installation help

Please read through the GEMPAK source build installation instructions at 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/doc/install.html while you consult 
the Mac instructions at 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/gempak/doc/install_osx.html  

You will need to open a terminal and issue the build commands manually (make 
all, make install, etc.)
