[GEMPAK #ETE-568972]: Another installation error

Last week we turned on the new NEXRAD composite products so they are flowing in 
the FNEXRAD feed and the same pattern action as before will file the GINI 
images to $SAT/NEXRCOMP/ in the same manner as before.
