[GEMPAK #MRG-352367]: iPad

HI Frank,

As GARP is no longer supported by Unidata, no work has been done or will be 
done involving GARP, though as a freely-available and open source add-on to 
NAWIPS/GEMPAK, users are free to modify GARP for whatever purposes they want.
