[GEMPAK #AIL-408052]: nex2gini.tbl bug(?)

Hi Daryl,

You seem to have found a small error that has existed since at least GEMPAK 
5.5.  Not sure how it was missed for so long but I appreciate you letting me 
know.  The second entry should indeed be 110,210,4,12.
