Generally, GEMPAK will do the conversion to isentropic coordinates on the fly using the library. You can also convert an entire grid file to theta coordinates using the GDVINT program. However, in the end you'll have to run GEMPAK to run the programs and display the data. So, unless you want to run GEMPAK, I'm not sure what you are looking for. > I will appreciate any suggestions that you can send my way.
