Nusrat, GDGRIB (contributed by the HPC) does not support grib encoding of ensemble bytes (41-45) for member names, but you can specify a mapping of your parameter to a grib parameter. The GBTBLS, VERCEN and PDSVAL parameters are used to specify what grib parameter and vertical coordinate is defined by your grid. You can convert your TMPF to TMPK and use the PDSVAL for TMPK.
