NMAP2 restore files for classes

Clint,

In San Diego, we talked about the restore files you were adding
to the GEMPAK distribution for your students, and how we might
go about creating a "contrib" set of restore
files for the distribution.

I'm going to create a basic configuration template for mod_res.tbl
that hopefully will make it easier to add models and restore files
to those lists.

If you'd like to do this, let me know...
