Mike, I downloaded the file you mention below. In order to configure your $GEMTBL/config/datatype.tbl entry of ATCF to properly locate the file, you should use the template a*YYYY.dat where the "*" above will match the "ep98" portion ofthe file. You will need to set the file data directly appropriately for where you will store the data on your host.
