20040503: GEMPAK 5.7.2p1 available

GEMPAK Users,

The Unidata release of GEMPAK 5.7.2p1 is now available for
download:

New features of 5.7.2p1 include:
  scrollable map selection in NMAP2

  new time range/interval selection widget in NMAP2

  Updated precipitation accumulation algorithm to handle grids which
     report accumulation since the beginning of model run, 
     eg Canadian GEM output.

  support of fill patterns in GIF (non-X window) driver

  display of synoptic obs in NWX, added RADAT and CWA groups
