20030909: nmap2 on RH9 segment faults

Art,

One possibility is that 2 files from NCEP apparently don't have world
read access ($GEMHLP/grphgd.hlp and $GEMPDF/grphgd.pdf).

You can run "chmod -R a+r" from $NAWIPS to fix that.

We now have a RH9 system that I can test here if you continue
to see problems.
