20030108: Surface data for Gempak !

Dongyu,

In looking at your dcuair and dcmetr entries, it appears that
your GEMTBL setting in both instances is wrong. The GEMTBL
location shoule point to $NAWIPS/gempak/tables, whereas
it looks like you are pointing it to $NAWIPS/tables
(where NAWIPS on your system is  /export/home0/gempack/).

So, you should have -e GEMTBL=/export/home0/gempack/gempak/tables.
Also, once GEMTBL is correctly set, you won't have to specify the
packing file for dcmetr, or you can simplify to -p metar.pack.

Also, if desired, you could simplify the pqact pattern for surface data to:
WMO     ^S[AP].*
