There is a contrib program called gdpoint in the download area. This program will output the data at a single level for a given point. It could be modified to look through the available levels. Or, you can open the model in NSHARP and pull up the sounding for a given point/forecast time. Then click "show text" and you will have the levels of the sounding. If you have lots of points to deal with, this may be too user intensive. Later next week, I can look at modifying the gdpoint routine if you can wait until then (new baby at home this week).
