In Gempak you can overlay RCM data on satellite: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/gempak/examples/gprcm/index.html In order to overlay data, you must be able to display the data in the same projection. You can't do this with PROJ=sat and PROJ=rad for satellite and NIDS data in gempak because they are 2 different projections. Steve Chiswell
