Roberto,

Unidata licenses GEMPAK from the developers at NCEP (US National Weather
Service)
for use at US universities. Our license agreement with the developers currently
does not permit us to distribute the package to other groups.

Commercial customers can find out about Gempak from:
http://www.cosmic.uga.edu

The above URL will point you to the NTTC group responsible for NASA's
software.
