Pedro,

Our licence with the NCEP developers of Gempak does not permit us
to distribute GEMPAK to other than US Universities.

All other groups must obtain Gempak through the NASA technology transfer
center which you can contact via the COSMIC www page at:

hello,
we are a group in the department of physics in the universtity of Santiago 
de Compostela (Spain) and we are very interested in using the GEMPAK to 
display our meteorological data. Would it be possible for us to get it, 
even if we have to pay a license?
