19990524: Garp limits on number of satellite images

It has been fixed.  The parameter MAXBUTTONS in children.h has to be increased
as well as MAXPIXMAPOBJS in winobj.h.  MAXBUTTONS was at 100 - and I believe
that is why you never got the full 128 images.
