19990409: four letter Alaska MOS not being decoded with Gempak

Robert,

The four letter IDs will need to be added to the $GEMTBL/stns/mrfmos.stn
station table that the dcmmos decoder is using.

Most of these stations should be in the sfworld.tbl.
