Hans, The problem is no table was selected for centre 88 sub cntre 0 version 2 so the file couldn't be decoded. My best guess pick would be ECMWF table nc72_ecmwf_3.tab. It would be helpful if you could contact the data provider and ask them what Grib table they are using. I searched the web site by my queries were in english so I wasn't successful. I'll include 3 tables for your inspection to see if one of them match. Let me know the results so I can configure our package. Robb...
