Bhavani, I have bad news and then more bad news. First the gribtonc program is being deprecated for a new Java decoder package so no more work is being done on it. Second the new Java Grib decoder hasn't implemented the orthogonal grid, grid number 120 code yet. I'm surprised that the format is in GRIB1, not GRIB2 format since that is the new standard. I'll put this on my list of todo's but i can't say when it will be completed. Next week, we are holding a training workshop, then i have to catch up on all the things that i've delayed because of the workshop, then vacation. It's going to be about a month before i can get to this. In the mean time, here's a url to a past message about using the new decoder. http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/support/help/MailArchives/decoders/msg00687.html RObb...
