motherlode Radar Level2

Hi,

i wrote up some info on how to access the Metar and Radar servers on 
motherlode.
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/server/motherlode.html

Don't try the Metar server until the cpu pegging on motherlode is 
resolved, otherwise it take minutes to respond. the Radar server response 
is ok.
