shemp netcdf files

hiya,

i just updated the decoders package on shemp, running latest. i changed
the pqact to reflect the new file names. currently i left the old entires
in place in case there was a need. the problem is 2 files are now created
instead of one, surely will be a space problem.  i want to comment out the
old entries asap.  here the name changes:

(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_avn-q.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_gfs_211.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_avn-x.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_gfs_37-44.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ecmf.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ecmwf_1-12.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_eta.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_eta_211.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_mrf-a.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_gfs_21-24.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_mrf-e.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_gfs_25-26.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ngm-q.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ngm_211.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ocean.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ocean_21-24.nc
(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ruc.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_ruc_211.nc

(\1:yy)(\1:mm)\1\2_sst-t.nc -> (\1:yyyy)(\1:mm)\1\2_sst_61-64.nc


these are the same name changes implemented on motherlode months ago.  4
digits year and grids in the file.  let me know if any problems commenting
out the old pqact entries today
