NEXRAD Level II Outage Notification (Friday, March 28, 2025) (RDS)



The Radar Operations Center is currently experiencing an unplanned network outage that has interrupted data distribution from the RDS server. We do not have an estimated time of resolution, but the service provider has been notified and is working to resolve the issue. The TDS path should not be affected.

We will provide an update whenever regular connectivity has been restored.

Please keep BOTH NL2 connections (TDS/Ashburn & RDS/Norman) up to avoid data flow interruption.

NEXRAD View - WSR-88D monitoring by site location
SPG View - TDWR Status via the NWS SPG
SERVER View - NL2 server & Network status (Shows site connectivity and Ashburn vs Norman Data flow)
CONTROL View - Shows data latency for each NL2 server
LDM View - Level II Data flow from site
