The National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) Common Ingest System in Asheville, NC, will not be available beginning at 7:00 AM (ET) on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 due to maintenance. NCEI will not be able to transfer your data into archival storage at that time. However, NCEI will be able to receive your data on our servers during this outage, so there's no need to hold your data. This planned outage is expected to end by 6:00 PM (ET) on Wednesday, February 26, 2025; however, the outage time may be extended.
A follow-up email will be sent once the NCEI Common Ingest System starts transferring data into archival storage again. NCEI appreciates your patience during this planned outage.
