The activity will take up to four hours to complete. During that time the TDS may experience down time for up to five minutes within the first hour of the maintenance window.
The Data Path via RDS/Norman NL2 servers is not part of this activity. (No service interruption via the RDS path is anticipated.)
Please keep BOTH NL2 connections (TDS/Ashburn & RDS/Norman) up to avoid data flow interruption.
