Thanks for setting up this ticket. The BB decoder flag for decod_dcmap is
lighting up red in dev, para, and prod as expected.
Everyone in ObsProc,
Just wondering if a general message should be sent out alerting users of
this data outage? I'm not sure which downstream applications ingest these
feeds.
