Which ADDE server are  you pointed at for the RTPTSRC/SYNOPTIC dataset?

I just plotted world maps of SYNOPTIC OBS (points) and I see that
reports for the UK, for example, are missing.  Something is certainly
up, but I am not exactly sure what.
