Mike just now setup the forwarding of ADDE requests on port 80 to
port 112 on adde.ucar.edu. I just verified that this works by installing
the IDV port 80 plugin; restarting the IDV; and then pointing at
adde.ucar.edu for the RTGOESR dataset (GOES-East/16 real-time GRB imagery).

Yup, but it should work now.

The forwarding is now in place, and the firewall for port 80 on adde.ucar.edu
is now open. Please rerun your tests and let us know the results.
