I can ftp into madis-data.ncep.noaa.gov as anonymous and get netcdf .gz data from the past hour. (201612141500.gz at 1557)
Where should I ftp to access the ACARS RT data using the un/pw shown below?
Thanks!

I would like to request access to real-time ACARS data. This data will be used to investigate the improvements that can be made to WRF-based low level winds forecasts in support of the improvement of Single Pass Precision Pass Airdrop capability for DoD and National Guard interests. It is intended that ACARS, in conjunction with other data such as RAOBs, etc., be used as a proxy for contemporary vertical soundings that might be taken by other means. Once these “soundings” are used to produce the short term forecast, later ACARS soundings can be used as a means of validation.
Access to full, real-time ACARS data will allow the testing of this method in a variety of places under different synoptic regimes.
The data will not be redistributed or used to develop commercial products or services.
