Re: NEXRAD Level II Maintenance Notification - Tuesday September 27th, 2016 (TDS Outage - Silver Spring)

NWSHQ technical staff restored operations as of 8:30 (Central) this morning.  The TDS has been on-line and shipping data for just over 3 hours now.  Level II users should be able to pull from either source.

UPDATE (OTHER ISSUES) - ROC Engineering continues to troubleshoot the latency issue on the ROC cluster.  BEFORE YOU GO AND CHECK, right now the ROC 2 server is aggregate and works in that role without issue - no latency issue.  Investigation to date shows the "ROC latency" happens when the TOC servers are aggregating and shipping the data stream to the ROC.  The issue is still being worked.
