Yes, we are experiencing a heavy "load average" currently
on this machine. We ~think it is due to some bad scans from the goes-east
platform causing the indexing to slow...or stop. We are looking into it and
apologize
for any inconvenience.
Tom Yoksas, our McIDAS/ADDE expert is on travel, so we are moving a bit slower
than normal
on a fix. Please bear with us as we hopefully approach a solution :)
