[Datastream #HIG-707765]: Problems with neartime archive

Hi again Kway,

Oops, I forgot to include the toplevel URL for the NEXRAD
Level III composites on our motherlode-class machines.
Here it is:

http://atm.ucar.edu/native/radar/composite/gini/

The only difference in the URL for motherlode-class machines
is the machine name.  For instance, here are the URLs for
the other two motherlode clones:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu/native/radar/composite/gini/

http://unidata2-new.ssec.wisc.edu/native/radar/composite/gini/
